Active Thought

Does the tool encourage active thought on the part of the student? (Grabe & Grabe, 162)

The tool does provide students with the option to go far beyond passive reading or listening. The ability for students to hear the instructor give direction and insight while being able to see the process or illustration unfold before them does encourage active learning. Not only does this tool encourage active learning. Not only does this tool encourage active learning styles in the process.
